Absolutely! A hallmark of therapy is the comfort of knowing your entering a open-minded environment and that your story will not be revealed to anyone without your permission! However, there are several circumstances that your therapist can release information regarding your therapy without your permission. These circumstances are explained at length during your first session. Your therapist is required to review these circumstances with you and will answer any of your questions. Have no Fear! Those circumstance do not tend to occur and at Ocean Psychotherapy Services LLC we take extensive efforts to maintain your confidentiality.
Therapy can look like many things because therapy is a highly personalized process meant to fit your specific needs. For the first several sessions, your therapist will typically review their practice policies, your rights in therapy and answer any questions you have. Through questioning and discussion ,your therapist will gain insight into your current struggles and the possible contributing life factors. Then you and your therapist will work together to determine the trajectory of your therapy. From here, therapy unravels differently for everyone. Your therapist will educate you on various aspects of mental health, help you uncover your strengths, and provide unconditional support and guidance in your healing. Treatment goals are frequently revisited and revised to ensure you receive the best care! Sessions tend to range from 45 to 60 minutes, and the frequency is determined between you and your therapist.
Ocean Psychotherapy Services LLC is an Out-of-Network provider (OON). A OON provider does NOT accept in-network benefits from your insurance plan. Some insurance plans offer OON benefits to help cover some of your out-of-pocket cost. At Ocean Psychotherapy Services. We will summit courtesy ONN claims on your behalf and provide all the necessary paperwork for our clients to be reimbursed by their insurance provider.

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session..
