Prior to your appointment you will receive a link to our patient portal to complete all of your intake paperwork.
Existing patients can schedule and cancel appointments through our patient portal. As well as access billing documents etc.

Out of Network
We are out of network with insurance companies. We will provide all the necessary paperwork for our clients to be reimbursed by their insurance provider. The majority of our clients receive some form of reimbursement from their insurance. Please call your insurance provider to determine your coverage.
Billing Disclosures protect your rights against surprise medical billing. Please refer to the no-surprise-act tab on our website for more information on the act and good faith estimates.
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
